We do accept common forms of credit card; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, however, we do have very strict rules regarding credit card charges and shipping.
1. Shipping - All items must be shipped to the person and the address that are listed with that credit card issuer. If you must have an item shipped to another address, please contact your CC company and have the address added as an "alternate" or "secondary" shipping address.
Please do not use other peoples cards - Fathers', mothers', ex-wives', room-mates', etc. If your name isn't on the card, we cannot accept it.
As an added safety precaution to your package, we require any order over $75.00 to have a signature required.
All Forced Performance turbochargers are built to order to your exact specifications and should not be considered on the shelf ready to ship unless specifically noted on the work order. Build times vary by model of turbo and options of said turbocharger, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date or ETA.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. We may accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If Forced Performance Inc. is in error in shipping we will promptly correct the problem. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered.
2. When ordering by CC - please be sure that we have a valid phone number on file where we can reach you 24 hours a day. Should we have a problem with your credit card, we need to be able to contact you to rectify the problem. If we cannot contact you within 2 or 3 tries, your order will be canceled and we will not continue to try to hunt you down.
3. First Time Purchasers - each new customer will be required to fill out our New Customer Credit Card Authorization Form for any credit card charges. You will also be required to send a copy of your State Issued Photo ID for verification. Our New Customer Credit Card Authorization Form will be emailed to you after placing your order with a sales person or through our website. Please do not purchase using a card if you are unable or unwilling to fill out and return this to us!
4. To all of our honest customers - We apologize for the restrictions; however, it is necessary for our protection as well as yours. Unfortunately, when thieves use stolen credit cards, it is not the credit card companies that takes the hit; rather it is the business who must consume these losses. We do our very best to take every order and every credit card very seriously to minimize these losses. We greatly appreciate your understanding and will continue to do our best for our valued customers.
5. Forced Performance reserves the right to charge a 5% fee on refunds for any reason. Indecision, found it cheaper elsewhere, shouldn't have spent money, etc included.
6. A vehicle modified by the use of performance parts and tuning may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads. Use or installation of performance parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability and reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage, factory warranty and new OEM part warranty. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the stress placed on your vehicle by performance parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification.

The person that is purchasing any of our products makes the following representations and acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
These off-road race only products ("this Product") are designed and intended for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein, and the User acknowledges that the purchase, installation and use of this Product all comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances by the User.
The User accepting this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless Forced Performance, Xona Rotor, its officers, employees, agents, distributors and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs which may arise from the use of this Product and without limiting the generality of the foregoing specifically acknowledges the following:
Use of this Product for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws. The User warrants that this Product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events. That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others. That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death. That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this Product, use of this Product with other components or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.
THIS PRODUCT IS FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW. IF YOU INTEND THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
